Lightly hazy golden yellow color. Aromas of scallion corn pudding and banana custard have a delicate spiciness and follow through on a silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with polished depth and balance. Finishes with a long, zesty, banana nut muffin, parsley, and wafer fade. Delicious.

Home of Edelweiss is the „Hofbräu Kaltenhausen“ brewery, not far from the city of Salzburg, in the middle of the Austrian Alps.
It was founded in 1475 – this means more than 530 years of brewing tradition! It is the oldest brewery in the region oldest brewer of wheat beer in Austria.

Water directly from the mountains is used to make the purest wheat beer possible.
