Dalmatinac White
Dalmatinac white wine is a table wine with geographical origin. It is produced of the grape sorts Trbljan, Marastina, etc., cultivated in all Dalmatian regions. Dalmatinac white wine is made in the vineyard Dalmacijavino*. Thanks to an adequate selection of grape sorts and to the traditional Dalmatian distillation, this is a typical southern wine. Dalmatinac is suitable for family table and restaurants. It is served cool at the temperature of 12 Celsius degrees.

Kastelet Red
Kastelet Red is high quality red wine with produced in the South and Central Dalmatian on the peninsula of Peljesac. It is made of the grape varieties Plavac mali, Vranac, Dobri_i_ etc. which complement each other in a harmonious unit. Kastelet is highly esteemed abroad, especially in Germany, Belgium, Holland, USA and Canada. It contains 13-13,5% vol. of alcohol. For its high quality it was awarded tap prizes in Georgia -Tbilisi, Grand Prix in Czech Republic -Pardubice and many gold medals at other wine and agricultural fairs.
In the past, the wines were produced in old Dalmatian castle, called "Kastelet", after which this wine was named. Pour a glass and enjoy a taste of this rich history.

Prosek Dessert Wine
Prosek is a traditional Dalmatian natural desert wine, distilled from the most famous sorts of dry grapes. According to legend, the Roman emperor Diocletian found great delight in drinking this wine, when in 303 A.D, he abdicated and went to live in his palace in Split. This pleasant wine has a dark-copper color with an aroma of matured grapes. It contains 15,2% vol. of alcohol. Usually served with desserts and well cooled, with a slice of lemon, it is delicious refreshment during the summer. For its high quality it was awarded Gold medals at the fairs in Ljubljana in 1965, 1967, 1969, 1971, 1972 and 1984. It won the Grand Prix in Pardubice (Czech Republic) in 1969 and many other important international prizes. Taste the tradition.

Kutjevo Chardonnay
Like all the Pinots, Chardonnay also originates from France. The Chardonnay is a high-quality sort, which gives one of the best and most appreciated white wines in the world.
The distinctive features are deep yellow-green color, and a well proportioned relation between alcohol and acid, a beautiful and tender aroma, then fullness.
It should be served cooled to 8-10 C along with fine horderves, soups and dishes of white meat, especially the spicy ones, and also with delicious cheese and desserts.

Dingac & Postup
History dictates that there are two quite separate vineyard areas in Croatia. One lies north, from the Plesivica Mountain in the west to the Danube in the east. The other lies south, from western Istria to Dubrovnik.
